The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59803 of 2022(4) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
