JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two other F.I.R. named accused used to tease the informant and took her photographs while she was going along with her friend and after that they threatened her to defame.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute between the parties in respect of negotiation of marriage for which an information had already been lodged by father of the petitioner against the informant and others. It is further contended by him that moreover, the parties have already settled their dispute amicably and petitioner is in jail custody since 06.07.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56570 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015.
