There is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury. Moreover, there is accusation against the petitioner that he gave Bhala blow to the injured Anil Paswan, who appears to have sustained simple injury which is evident from Annexure-4 to the petition. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatty P.S.
