The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.195 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant by this petitioner with the help of three other F.I.R. named accused.

Submission is that due to lover affair, the daughter of the informant moved from her parental house with petitioner, according to her own sweet will, and performed the marriage with him, which would also appear from the statement of the daughter of the informant recorded under Section 164 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58449 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.195 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
