The husband of the opposite party No. 2 (Sweta Kumari) has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15018 of 2022 vide order dated 25.04.2023.

From the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the opposite party No. 2 is not interested in settling the dispute and it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that opposite party No. 2 did not appear in the mediation proceeding directed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27867 of 2023(3) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 15018 of 2022.

In view of the above, this modification application is allowed.

The provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 03.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31498 of 2021 is hereby confirmed. The petitioners will remain on bail on the same bail bonds.
