2. Considering the fact that selection process for the post of Sweeper in the concerned Bank has already been completed on 08.03.2011 and the fact that petitioner belongs to OBC category and for OBC candidate, cut off marks was 77 out of 100, but the petitioner could obtain only 65 marks, I don't find it proper to interfere in any manner.

3.However, the petitioner may request to the concerned organizations to take work from him, if they so desire, on the post of Sweeper.
