The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2017 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having perused all the materials available on record and in view of the statement of the victim girl that she was kidnapped by the petitioner, namely, Md. Haider and taken to Pune, whereafter, she was found by the Maharashtra Police in an abandon condition on Pune Railway Station and there being further material in the case diary to support such allegation, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34393 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
