JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 In the present petition, the learned counsel for the EPF Mr. Prashant Sinha took this Court to the order dated 16.10.2019, according to which the coordinate bench had recorded that the only controversy that remains is the payment

Patna High Court MJC No.4106 of 2016(8) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 of EPF dues.

He has further taken this Court to the show-cause of opposite party no.6 dated 03.12.2019 with specific reference to paragraph-7 to show that the total amount including the interest to the tune of Rs.1,45,879/- has been paid to the petitioner and thus nothing remains.

In view of the aforesaid averments put forward by the learned counsel for the EPF not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the MJC No.4106 of 2016 stands disposed of. If the petitioner still has some claim, he has the liberty to prefer an appropriate representation before the appropriate authority.
