The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 504, 307, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Accusation is of making assault to the informant and his daughter in the background of dispute with regard to measurement of land.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury received by the informant and his daughter is simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56131 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
