JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Having regard to the fact that the grievance raised for payment of arrears of salary in the present writ application is for the period 1988 to 1995, the Court is not in a position to grant any positive direction. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing representation, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary for the period the respondents kept the matter of approval of the services of the petitioner in abeyance in the name of enquiry after taking over the school

Patna High Court CWJC No.21866 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 with effect from 24.05.1988 as petitioner cannot be made to suffer for the lapse on the part of the respondents in taking decision.
