2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused person kidnapped the daughter of the informant, took her to home and thereafter tied her hands and legs and tried to rape her.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case and during course of investigation mobile phone of the petitioner was found from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62436 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 door of the house of the informant.

5. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
