Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 registered under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 353, 189, 332, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that accused persons including the petitioner and 20-25 unknown persons abused and assaulted the police personnel with fists and slaps on account of which one police constable sustained injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is a driver of Indian Army and had

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S.
