The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 461 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding theft being committed by unknown thief in the shop of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from conscious possession of the petitioner nor from his house. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 28.06.2019.

Case No. 205 of 2019.
