The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 354A, 354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, the girl alleged that the petitioner always used to tease her whenever she went out and had made her life hell by threatening to make the photographs of her viral. He was also causing hindrance in solemnization of her marriage. On 03.07.2022, as she was going to 'Anhari Math' once again he came and tried to tease her. As the people assembled, he fled away but later using a fake ID, he uploaded her photographs on the Facebook. Left with no option, the FIR was lodged.

No.59918 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Considering the kind of allegation as also the conduct of the petitioner certainly this is not fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within four weeks from today, the Court shall take into account the factors as well as the documents that may be available before it and will take into account the fact that he has no criminal antecedent and will pass an order without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.
