49.950 litres of wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, he happens to be under custody since 30.10.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Baiju Kumar Yadav @ Baiju Kumar Laldeo is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Excise (Misc.)
