The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, four miscreants assaulted the informant and on the point of pistol snatched cash of Rs. 10,000/-, gold ornaments and other articles and fled away. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Till date petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

No.71997 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara (Bhojpur) in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021.
