2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 542 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 364(A)/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of kidnapping and ransom due to demand of Rs. 5,00,000/- and on search, one pulsar bike, one alive cartridges and one mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was twice rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 12440 of 2024 and 80928 of 2024 vide orders dated 16.04.2024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59429 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 07.02.2025, respectively thus, the allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature and there is no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
