2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with her niece was returning to his house, in the way, the accused persons, covering their faces, looted away her bag, containing Rs. 70,000/- cash, Bank Passbook, admit card and other documents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65261 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 has submitted further that nothing was recovered from his possession and except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is under custody since 14.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
