JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2015 The present contempt application is filed for noncompliance of the order dated 04.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7553 of 2013 whereunder the writ petition of the petitioner was allowed quashing the order dated 11.06.2010 by the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur remitting back the matter to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for re-consideration in the light of the order and for passing fresh orders in accordance with law, preferably within

Patna High Court MJC No.1026 of 2014 dt.23-02-2015 2/2 two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Learned A.C. to S.C. 26, appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, submits that in compliance of the order vide C.W.J.C. No. 7553 of 2013 dated 04.07.2013, opposite party no.4 has passed the detailed order giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and rejected his application for issuing the license of arms for pistol.

Since the order under contempt has been complied by opposite party no.4, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of. However, if petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take recourse in accordance with law.
