Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of allegation levelled against him. However, second bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground of long detention but trial court has reported that almost all witnesses, except one prosecution witness, have already been examined and trial of the petitioner is likely to be concluded within four months. Considering the report of the trial court as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, again, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 451/2014 arising out of Bela P.S. Case no. 21/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi stands rejected. However, learned trial court should take effective steps to
