2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 28.06.2025 at about 4:30 PM, the father of informant was covering the hut in front of the house, these petitioners alongwith co-accused Sunil Yadav came and assaulted him with lathi, danda and Tangi and when Dhanji Kumar and Khushbu Kumari tried to save informant's father, they were also assaulted by accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are Gotiyas and due to admitted land dispute, scuffle took place between them allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are ladies and petitioner no. 3 is student and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. - Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
