Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this court and the petitioner has taken third attempt for grant of bail. However, trial court has reported that out of nine proposed witnesses, eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined and learned trial court has sought three months' time to conclude the trial of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as report of the learned trial court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, again, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 93/2015 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case no. 57/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
Learned trial court must take effective steps to conclude the
