2. The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 360 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-191(2), 191(3), 191, 329(4)/115(2)/109 of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. Allegedly, in the backdrop of land dispute, the accused persons including the petitioner having armed with Lathi, Danda, iron rod came to the house of informant and assaulted him, as a result of which, he sustained injury.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68497 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 in custody since 08-07-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 360 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
