2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure-P-4) filed by the petitioner to grant approval to the Licensing Officer for transfer of license on the basis of Sale in favour of the petitioner in terms of Section 11(1) of the Bihar Wood-Based Industries (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2025;

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15080 of 2025(2) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the operation of saw mill till such time the matter is finally decided by the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar, Patna in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of the relief sought by the petitioner, the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries (Respondent No. 2) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025, which is annexed as Annexure-P/4 to the writ petition, in accordance with the law by a speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
