The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 482 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the looted Tobacco. He further submits that the allegation has developed during the course of investigation which was not the original version in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not in F.I.R., the Court is inclined to

No.56607 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 482 of 2019.
