This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 467, 468, 420, 34, 35, 37, 38, 166 and 167 of the Indian Penal Code There is dispute of real location of land purchased by the complainant, Sri Bharat Jyoti, National President of National Problem Solution Board.
Allegation is that the petitioner falsely claim the same land.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 2866(c) of 2015 to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Sub Judge XIV-cum-Additional Chief
