In the present writ petition, a short prayer has been made that as per the statement of the petitioner his height is 165 Cm. whereas his height has been measured as 164.5 Cm. In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to make a fresh measurement in presence of the higher authority and that will be treated to be a final measurement. With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.
