1. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025 dated 29.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

2. Heard Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. Pushpa Sinha.1, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR and trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that an incident of free fight took place in between both the parties and most of the injuries of the injured persons relating to the present matter are simple in nature and also coupled with petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and his custody period this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
