In the present writ petitioner, a short prayer has been made that on three occasion's three different heights have been measured. As per statement of the petitioner his height is 165.9 Cm. measured at Paras HMRI Hospital whereas his height has been measured as 164.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner should be examined by AIMS or any authority cannot be directed.

In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to make a fresh measurement in presence of the higher

Patna High Court CWJC No.20222 of 2018 (2) dt.30-10-2018 authority and that will be treated to be final measurement. With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.
