JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol along with two cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.09.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barem O.P. Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 140 of 2015.
