The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 153, 153-A, 295-A, 298, 505(2)(3) & 405 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-66 of the I.T. Act.

Allegedly, a video message was surfaced by the accused persons in which, unparliamentary words were being hurled. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.
