The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (k) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 9.405 litres of foreign liquor were recovered allegedly from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.06.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
