JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.08.2021 passed by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in S.Tr. No. 93 of 2021 arising out of Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 whereby and where under the bail bonds of the petitioners have been cancelled on the ground that they had concealed their criminal antecedent in a petition filed by them bearing Cr. Misc. No. 3513 of 2021.

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71984 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
