2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Simri P.S Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners assaulted the father of the informant with lathi due to which he got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63770 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 general and omnibus in nature further three persons sustained simple injury and only Balbhadra Yadav has sustained grievous injury. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injury and nature of weapons used in the incident and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S Case No. 69 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
