2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(5) and 324(4) of the B.N.S..
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that informant purchased a land measuring one kattha on which he constructed his house and this petitioner is creating disturbance and demanding Rs. 5,00,000/- from him as Ransom. It is further alleged that due to non-fulfillment of the demand, this petitioner demolished the western and northern portion of house of the informant and thereafter, threatened him with dire

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, father of this petitioner were three brothers and after a family partition dated 07.06.1973, father of this petitioner got four and half kattha of land in Khata No. 155 and after his demise, this petitioner came in possession of the aforesaid land. Recently, agnates of this petitioner, namely Hareram Singh and Arvind Singh, sold their land to one broker who is a muscleman, who illegally included one decimal land of this petitioner and sold the land to the informant. Dispute involved in the case is with regard to right, title and possession over the land, which is purely civil in nature and has been given a criminal colour only with a view to settle the civil dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 2nd, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
