JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.10.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dihari (Rohtas) in Complaint Case No. 115(C)/2012 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to
