The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2015 in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that pursuant to such confession, no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been placed on T.I. Parade. Case diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

No.34451 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there being no further cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner in the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - VI, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
