JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-07-2022 Mr. Devendra Prasad Sinha, learned Senior Counsel submits that from the counter affidavit it is obvious and admitted that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs. 18,000/-, which was credited as flood relief in the name of his mother and wife. He submits that transfers were made bona fide as petitioner's family was also flood affected. However, he has realized that he was working on contractual basis to assist the flood affected persons and has bona fidely returned the amount and only thereafter the action has been taken, which has

Raising these issues and praying before the authorities that these factors may be considered as mitigating factors and for reconsideration of the punishment awarded to the petitioner, which is excessive, he would be approaching before The Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2).
