1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Certiorari for a direction to set aside the order dated 20.08.2022 passed in Complaint Case No. 9999901300422305627 by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada; on the ground that the order passed in the present matter by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada has been already decided by the same authority in the year 2017 whereby there has been nothing wrong found in the verification of her certificate done by Child Development Program
Patna High Court CWJC No.15346 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 Officer, Roh, District - Nawada on the direction of the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada in Complaint case No.
436110121121600539.
(ii) That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Certiorari for a direction to set aside the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Aganbadi Appeal Case No. 13/2022 by the District Program Officer, Nawada has been passed in the absence of the petitioner or without giving any opportunity to hear her case i.e. without following the principles of natural justice; and also the documents produced by the private respondent is incorrect and unsustainable in the eye of law.
(iii) That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Certiorari for a direction to set aside the order dated 14.09.2022 passed by the Child Development Program Officer, Roh, District - Nawada in the light of the order passed in Complaint No. 9999901300422305627 by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada for realization of Rs. 4,51,809/-on the ground that the order of the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada is not tenable in the eye of law and the same has been passed in arbitrary manner and the same is completely illegal in nature.
(iv) That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Child Development Program Officer, Roh, District - Nawada, the District Program Officer, Nawada, and
Patna High Court CWJC No.15346 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 3/3 also to the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada to verify the matter regarding her B.A. Part- 03 result and certificate being false and forged."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
