Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.
In view of the notification dated 04.01.2024 bearing Memo No. 11, this writ application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.9165 of 2013(15) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 period of one month and if such an appeal is filed, the Regional Deputy Director of Education shall be obliged to consider the same, in accordance with law.

It is needless to state that status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained till the disposal of the appeal by the R.D.D.E.

The present writ application is disposed with the aforesaid directions.
