Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, after having argued the matter at length, has fairly conceded that the legal issues, which are being raised in the present writ application to challenge the impugned order, is squarely covered by a Division Bench decision of this Court rendered on 24.02.2022 in C.W.J.C. No. 21180 of 2021 (Rani Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Others).

Considering the aforesaid submission and the law laid down in case of Rani Kumari (supra), this application stands dismissed in same terms. The impugned order does not require any interference.
