Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016, S. T. No. 234 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 48730 of 2016 which was rejected vide order dated 30.01.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel submits that charge has been framed in this case on 04.07.2017, which is evident from the order sheet of Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2017 (Annexure-3).

No.40090 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016, S. T. No. 234 of 2017.
