JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.458 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that one Sonu Kumar was apprehended by the police and from whose possession certain articles have been recovered. He disclosed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement. There is no recovery from possession of this petitioner.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.35414 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
