JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner is for direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of the admitted dues for the services rendered for carrying out all sorts of work for smooth conduct of Assembly Election, 2015.

In view of the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the respondent no. 2 and in case such a claim petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall decide the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
