After some arguments, Mr. N. K. Agarwal, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of cancellation of his P.D.S. licence.

Should such an appeal be filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.20036 of 2019(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 within a period of 30 days, the same shall be looked into and after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present his cause, the Appellate Authority shall pass an order within a further period of 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision taken by him.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
