It is admitted at the bar that the payments have been made to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that revised pay-scale has not been paid. Since, there was adjudication on the point, the Court is not in a position to pass any order with regard to revised payscale, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority/forum in accordance with law
