The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh O.P) P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having kidnapped the victim girl. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as even in the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P. C., before the learned Magistrate, she has admitted that the brother of the petitioner, namely, Basant Kumar had kidnapped the victim girl and taken

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 12.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh O.P) P.S.
