This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 418 of 2022 (S.T. No.655 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in nine more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is accordingly rejected. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
