174 plot no. 579 area 2.47 acres (public way), all of which are recorded as Anawad Sarwasadharan land, situated at Mauja Pasai, P.S. No. 770, Block-Rampur, which have been illegally occupied by the private respondents no. 6, 7 and his associates."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities i.e. the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, District-Kaimur at Bhabua and the Circle Officer, Rampur, DistrictKaimur at Bhabua, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
