2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(A), 304(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to tease and misbehave with daughter of the informant and in consequence thereof, the parents of the victim was informed, as a result of which, an altercation took place between the parties.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed a case under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62967 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code against the informant of the present case, as the informant and his family members had assaulted the petitioner. The present case is nothing, but the counter blast of the aforesaid case, and it has been lodged only to save the skin from the earlier case lodged by the petitioner itself. It is next submitted that in both the cases, compromise has taken place between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of this petition.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Mahesh/- U T
